St Barts Villa Sand Club

Villa Sand Club St Barts (SCL) The most prestigious villa on St Barts. It has direct access to the beach at Flamand and this villa of 6 bedroom merits all the superlatives used of it, for here all has been imagined, designed and implemented to obtain a rare quality of life: simplicity, space, serenity and practicality. After a truly majestic entrance way - a wide alley bordered by two rows of coconut trees and squares of manicured lawn, the main structure fills the horizon. A dining room, with the kitchen artfully integrated in the decor, leads into a huge living room opening onto the equally huge deck with a swimming pool in the centre and totally swivelling, retractable sun loungers. A small television room and three guest bungalows stand to left and right of the main building. The upper floor houses a children bedroom, a vast communicating bedroom with private entrance, which could be used as a nanny room and a positively regal Master bedroom looking out over the deck and the ocean. The decoration of this enormous room in the style of a loft is particularly ingenious: on the left, separated by a waist-high wall masquerading as a towel cupboard is the large, functional bathroom, completely open to the ocean: on the right a majestic desk area facing the sea, in front of a huge walk-in closet cunningly concealed behind white wood panelling, and a television which retracts into a chest at the foot of the bed. The other bedrooms are also most cleverly arranged: besides the outdoor showers in the stone wall at each bungalow entrance, certain rooms have a retro bathtub to supplement the shower in the bathrooms located behind the wide beds. One of those little touches that make all the difference: each bedroom has lots of storage space, its own refrigerator, and its own electrical controls. All the bedrooms, the living room and the dining room are decorated in white. All cupboards and storage areas are built-in, and nothing interrupts the pristine surfaces. The floors are of either wood or waxed concrete, also painted white. This unity of tone gives the impression of an immeasurable space and a minimalism inducing the utmost serenity. In fact, the eyes is drawn to open sea, which opens the doors to dreams, to the imagination, to the other where. This property will allow you to possess it and make it the paradise of your dreams: it dictates nothing, it suggests, make of it what you will.

Villa Eternity is a luxurious 5 bedroom villa on Flamands hillside, offering lovely views of the sea and conveniently located less than a 5 minute drive down the road to the beach. It is the ideal vacation home for those who love to entertain in style
.

The outside area has plenty of deck space and a surround sound Bose stereo system, 2 heated pools - one on the upper level with swim-up bar, measuring 65 feet long, and a smaller pool on the lower level. There is a heated jacuzzi located close to the master bedroom.
The air-conditioned main living area is on the upper level, and comprises a modern, well -equipped kitchen, chic dining area, and spacious lounge areas, the whole furnished with contemporary elegance in white and grey tones with splashes of scarlet. The giant plasma TV with Satellite sinks into the floor when not in use to open up the view over the pool.
The air-conditioned master bedroom, located in a separate building next to the living area, has a large flatscreen tv with DVD, twin closets, massage area, and ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, sunken tub, and a very private outdoor shower.

There are 4 other bedrooms, all with classic Hollywood movie star themes. There are two on the upper level, each with king bed, ensuite bath with shower and double vanity. The lower level bedrooms are identical to those above, with the addition of a sofa bed in each, whick could accommodate a young child. There is a small pool located just across the deck from these 2 lower rooms, and a shady garden to the side. Each bedroom offers air-conditioning, flatscreen TV, DVD, iPod docking station, sea view, bathrobes and Eternity brand bath products.
There is an air-conditioned fitness room on the lower level.
